They had been given me a detailed timeline of the work and the steps when each one would be accomplished. The people were very polite. The workers did the work fast and also unclogged the plumbing ventilation pipes that go to the bathroom.

Highmark was so very responsive to my call for help, they were to get someone to my home and complete the work on the same afternoon. The servicemen provided a comprehensive explanation of the service being rendered and the were efficient in carrying out the work. Thank you Highmark Renovations!

This was my second time using Highmark Renovations !! the first time they replaced a roof on a building I manage in [city], and haven't had any issues going on 5+ yard. This go round they replaced the roof in my home. Did an excellent job completing the job in a timely matter while dodging tropical storms and rain! Highly recommend.

He was very nice very reasonable very honest. I am always afraid of getting screwed he was up front about the cost and what would need to be done he showed pictures of the areas that needed to be done. And showed pictures afterwards. He came out the same day I called. He was spot on about when the roof had been done last. I would definitely recommend him.

From the beginning Joe made certain that our roofing job was done right. First he gave us an informative discussion on the materials and process of re-roofing. When it was time for the actual work, Joe was on-site supervising his crew for much of the process. Afterward, he inspected the work and our property to make sure everything was in order. These guys were extremely professional. They came out when they promised, provided a quote within 24 hours, did the work within a week and that was that. They sent pictures of the repair work and all looks very good. Obviously I won't know how they did until the next big storm - but it looks good and I was treated really well and the pricing seemed fair and reasonable
