"He repaired my computer and it was fixed. Great service and personable repairman. Fees were fair and reasonable."

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Terry came to the rescue with a crashed computer. He listened and asked questions to get to the root of the problem using language a non-computer person could understand. He then provided a reasonable estimate and explained what he would do, with the promise that there would not be additional work or charges without my approval. He came out quickly and was very professional throughout the process. He got my computer back up and running with the network in short order. We also discussed some additional IT projects needed at our office and we plan to work with him again. I feel confident that Terry can handle all of our computing, network, and telephone systems."

"I could not be happier with the work that was done today to thoroughly investigate and fix the problem with my 15-yr old desktop iMac. William was as kind and thoughtful as could be, and everything he did was done with absolute care. And in the end, when he could have charged me several hundred dollars for his many hours of work at my home, he did not. I am already planning to ask hire him to work on a few of my older Macs, such as my G3 300. Today was a great day, thanks to William/Trist Computer Service!! Just an awesome, happy experience and a fresh new start to my trusted iMac! Thank you!! Tim"

"The technicians were very friendly and professionals. I Would use them again for any of my technical services."

"Excellent experience with Capital City Property Management. Anthony was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem with two sliding doors. He reviewed repair options with us before proceeding. We know that the job could have much costlier, yet Anthony brought it in for $45! We’ll use CCPM again for any kind of project."

"Keith provided a very timely repair of my dryer electrical outlet. He showed up on time, was professional, and knowledgeable. In addition, it is very hard to find electricians who have reasonable prices and do good quality work -- Keith definitely has both of those qualities."

"I found the company to be very patient as someone who is not well versed in the IT side of things. Will answer any questions, even if it might seem a bit elementary to them. Was very helpful that they explained the process as they fixed the problem."
