"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Terry came to the rescue with a crashed computer. He listened and asked questions to get to the root of the problem using language a non-computer person could understand. He then provided a reasonable estimate and explained what he would do, with the promise that there would not be additional work or charges without my approval. He came out quickly and was very professional throughout the process. He got my computer back up and running with the network in short order. We also discussed some additional IT projects needed at our office and we plan to work with him again. I feel confident that Terry can handle all of our computing, network, and telephone systems."
