Gutter Masters did a great job replacing the damaged gutter and fascia board above our garage door. The damage was very noticeable from the street. The house looks so much better and multiple neighbors have commented on the quality of the work.

It looks really good and they did a great job. They were able to move our date and were really appreciated it. They were wonderful to work with, very friendly and professional. They understood what we needed to be done.

Repairs were completed as specified. Workers were respectful of our home and the work area was cleaned. All parts are in working order.

Gutter Masters did a great job. Paul Dye came out in the rain to access my issues and provided a quote. I compared the quote to a few other companies and it was the most competitive. We scheduled and his incredible team came out to complete the job to our satisfaction. The process was smooth, hassle free and efficient. We will add them to our service provider list and recommend him to other homeowners.

Horrible, called on dec. 1st 2020, paul said him or matt would be out Friday dec. 4th 2020... had to call paul after 11 am to see when they were coming..after waiting and getting everything ready. Paul said I'm in a meeting (yeah right)...paul called back much later said matt was on another job....could matt come out on Monday dec. 7th 2020.... very unprofessional!!! You cannot rely on Paul!!...WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

They were able to come out within a couple days for the estimate. Communication has been great.

The job was supposed to be taken care of in one day. It ended up taking 4 days after we requested that the job be done correctly. Work crew was supposed to arrive at 9:00 and did not show up until 11:00. We asked the crew to repair the few items that we discussed with the owner and they did not know about it. They “finished” the job and that evening we were able to see out the our upstairs bedroom window that sections of the leaf guard were not there and a section was not attached. We called and the crew was to show up first thing in the morning. When they showed up at 3:30 my husband requested photos of all the gutters from the roof to make sure it was all done completely. There was a full section of the back of our house where there was no leaf guard attached at all. They also did not have enough wood for the trim and not enough leaf guard to repair that day. It was finally done and done well 4 days later, but it took a lot of follow up and double checking. The foreman was very apologetic, but I was upset that it took us finding an small error and we would have not even known about the large section of leaf guard that was not installed.
