"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Great company to work with all your phone line repair needs."

"I could not be happier with the work that was done today to thoroughly investigate and fix the problem with my 15-yr old desktop iMac. William was as kind and thoughtful as could be, and everything he did was done with absolute care. And in the end, when he could have charged me several hundred dollars for his many hours of work at my home, he did not. I am already planning to ask hire him to work on a few of my older Macs, such as my G3 300. Today was a great day, thanks to William/Trist Computer Service!! Just an awesome, happy experience and a fresh new start to my trusted iMac! Thank you!! Tim"

"We recently purchased a computer and laptop from another vendor who essentially set up both and said goodbye. We were barely able to use it as it was configured and the vendor said he would show us how...for a price. Brian came to our house, set up both so that we could use them again. He understood our needs and we are eternally grateful for his expertise."
