He was professional and efficient. He worked on my computer and made sure to thoroughly check it for viruses or any issues. Wonderful work. Jack came to my house and fixed two computers that were stubbornly not working well. He evaluated the issues quickly and went out to purchase a new piece of equipment for us. He really knows a lot and was the best investment I've made in terms of the computer. His charges are eminently reasonable and his knowledge is exceptional. I recommend him without reservation or hesitation. He made me happy with the quality of his work and his transparency about what was needed and why. And it did not cost as much as it was worth to me. He's great to deal with and very cognizant of how to get information across to non-tech savvy people.
