He doesnt return calls when you are calling to complain about a project you are not happy with to find out why. He does not care about customer satisfaction. When the work is not done right he will not call back to find out why it is wrong.

"I don't appreciate the lies that you were not happy with the job. I completed the initial requested work at hand, that YOU PAID me for, even taking into consideration I was NOT going to charge you for the broken TV I hung, and the mess that had to be worked around throughout the house. I discounted the normal rate for you, and did extra to help. even considering the environment I had to work in and 1 hr 10 min drive that you were NOT charged for to service the residence. If the work was so bad, then why did you pay me for the working tv that was put up? To top it off, now you are saying the work was being done incorrectly and you had issues? I would..."
