"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

Cannot believe how much money he saved me. I would trust him with all my sensitive information. I have the highest level of trust after he helped me, and showed me what I was doing wrong operating my programs and systems on my computer. He increased my knowledge base. Was very very dependable . Would of wasted money buying a new computer. Educated me on spyware and adware and program settings that slow down and causes lag time in start up and computer freeze up on your computer.. Resolves all matters of program conflicts. Enlightened me to problems I didn't know my computer was having, and resolving them."
