These guys came out climbed through our attic, took a picture of our house guest and set a trap. Caught him the next day, set another trap and caught his friend. "Had the whole house insulated in 2016. Just found out that there is now mold in the attic. Have had three different contractors come to look at it and ALL have said the reason is because when the insulation was blown into the attic they did not take the time to rake it away from the soffits. "We used Fox Foam to install blown-in insulation in our attic and to properly vent our bathroom exhaust fan. We recently had our roof replaced and switched from tan shingles to black shingles - with the new color, the house was noticeably hotter and our aging A/c unit couldn't keep up. I contacted several contractors and Andrew at Fox Foam was the only one that returned my calls promptly, was able to get me scheduled quickly, and was reasonably priced. They came out and completed the job in just a couple hours and provided pictures of the attic when they were finished. The very next day the temperature shot up to the mid-80's with high humidity (which is right about when my central air would start struggling) - the house is noticeably cooler, the A/C isn't running all the time, and I can't feel hot air pouring in from the bathroom fan like I could before. I would definitely recommend Fox Foam."
