These guys came out climbed through our attic, took a picture of our house guest and set a trap. Caught him the next day, set another trap and caught his friend. Have had three different contractors come to look at it and ALL have said the reason is because when the insulation was blown into the attic they did not take the time to rake it away from the soffits. "We used Fox Foam to install blown-in insulation in our attic and to properly vent our bathroom exhaust fan. We recently had our roof replaced and switched from tan shingles to black shingles - with the new color, the house was noticeably hotter and our aging A/c unit couldn't keep up. I contacted several contractors and Andrew at Fox Foam was the only one that returned my calls promptly, was able to get me scheduled quickly, and was reasonably priced. They came out and completed the job in just a couple hours and provided pictures of the attic when they were finished. The very next day the temperature shot up to the mid-80's with high humidity (which is right about when my central air would start struggling) - the house is noticeably cooler, the A/C isn't running all the time, and I can't feel hot air pouring in from the bathroom fan like I could before. I would definitely recommend Fox Foam."

"My wife and I attended a presentation by James Manfield, the owner of GreenForce.  We were impressed with company product and Jame's punctuality, professionalism and honesty.  We decided to hire his company to add insulation to attic of my in-laws house.  The installers came on time and over 9 hours managed to complete 95% of the job.  The installers were polite, professional and clean.  The subsequent installers came next day and completed the job.  We are very pleased with James and the service provided by his company.
