I do thorough non rushed home inspections. I do not try to upsell other services that some home inspection companies push. I get in most every attic that has an access and am not aftaid to get in tight nasty crawlspaces and I use an extension ladder to get on most roofs. Most reports are sent before midnight on the day of the inspection. I also utilize an infrared camera to look for wet spots in ceilings and walls.
