When he came out, he told me right up front that they were pretty backed up due
to the bad winter. I was fine with that and set a date that was good for both
of us to have the work done. They called the day before to remind me of the
appointment and showed up on time and did the work in one day. They did a great
job, cleaned up after themselves and you couldn?t even tell that they had
popped off the siding to drill the holes for the insulation.

"We used Fox Foam to install blown-in insulation in our attic and to properly vent our bathroom exhaust fan. We recently had our roof replaced and switched from tan shingles to black shingles - with the new color, the house was noticeably hotter and our aging A/c unit couldn't keep up. They came out and completed the job in just a couple hours and provided pictures of the attic when they were finished. "We just have it done every three months. If we find an insect or something between times, you would call them. They'll come right out and do whatever has to be done. We had so many insects come in that one time. I don't remember what they were now. They've been here about a month before. But they came out an took care of it at no extra charge. They're helpful. I mean, if you call them in the middle of a between-times with a problem, they'll come out. We had spiders this last fall, and they came out and brought these little traps that you put down. And we got rid of them. Within a week I didn't see any. One time we had a mouse in the pool shed, and he ate through a bunch of stuff. So they came out and brought out the stuff to put down. They didn't charge anything; they just dropped them off one day when they came and were out this way."
