Patrick worked on a project of mine in May of 2024. The bathroom remodel was a total rehaul of the bathroom that came with challenges that (at first) Patrick was able to address. Unfortunately, Patrick began to rush the project and left out important details of the final product. In November, only 6 months after tile and grout were installed on my shower floor, they separated, indicating it was laid poorly. Not pictured is the poorly completed caulking and silicone throughout the shower. I must redo much of his work. Although he is a nice person, I would not use him again.

Patrick helped us restore our bathroom after water remediation that left the floor bare, the drywall torn out, and the toilet and sink sitting in our bathtub. Having just recently closed on the house with plans to move in within 2 weeks, Patrick was able to repair the drywall, level and tile the floor far better than it was before, and install a new vanity. He also advocated for us as we struggled with a plumber on how to reinstall our rear flushing toilet, saving us thousands. As first time homeowners, we were basically clueless, but Patrick was endlessly patient with us as he guided us through the process. He even encouraged us to go with a more difficult tile, ensuring us that he would still get it done on time. Overall, Patrick was fair, punctual, and generally seemed to care for our well-being, unlike some of the larger companies that weâ ve dealt with. His customer service is unparalleled, and we would absolutely use him again.

Patrick did a very nice job on a wall and part of a ceiling that had been damaged by a water leak. He was professional, on time and cleaned up his work area and debris. I would hire him again, without hesitation.
