I hire Maufran fir may fence project 340LF and they do amazing work all clean and level very professional and respectful crew they use quality materials I definitely call them back for any other project.

They did foundation and floor for my garage addition. Good work good price And very nice to work with. 5 stars because I couldn't give them more.

We hired Maufran construction to install the floor epoxy coating on our 5 car garage. Mauriciano meet us and explained all the options and the difference between them. He give us really competitive price and the work they do is amazing. We get more than a good service they are very friendly and respectful crews. We definitely recommend this company to anyone.

After we met a few companies around the area, we decided to go with MauFran Construction for the fact that they could do the excavation, install the foundation and the floors, they also brought a framing crew to help us. Overall very happy with the experience with the team and the quality of the work is great, highly recommended!

I read Mauricios reviews and decided to hire him to resurface our pool deck. The deck was tiled and the tile was broken in many places. I opted for stamped concrete in a light/ sand color. There were pleasant to work with, Unfortunately, the job did not turn out the way it was supposed to be. I am now facing a horrible concrete deck with pebbles in it and no color. They were supposed to come back to fix the edges around the pool that are very rough, Never came. And I cannot get them to talk. The result of this job is awful, not what we agreed on, and it ruined the look of the pool. Besides, the pouring of the concrete was not uniform. Bad spots in several areas. I have to add that is it a very large deck and it is ugly. Looks like a parking lot.

Mauricio was great to work with and his craftsmanship is excellent. He was on time and made sure to not tear the yard up as he was working. Not only will I continue to refer him but he will be back this fall to extend my driveway. Thank you!

Maufran Construction was very friendly, efficient, professional, and gave us exactly what we asked for. They cleaned all debris/mud from our driveway and street and even re-seeded our yard where their equipment was after the concrete patio was done. They even sealed the concrete afterwards! Their price was very reasonable and they were very easy to contact. Highly recommend their services!

I had them for a 40 by 20 concrete floor in a barn. They were one of three concrete contractors I tried to contact from home advisors list they were the only ones that showed up to give an estimate. They were very willing to work around my schedule showed up when they said they would the work was done very professionally. The quality of work was excellent clean up after the job was great I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

Contractor was all-around superb! They came out and spent a good bit of time helping us conceptualize what exactly we wanted, and were very patient. Getting a quote and clarifications were extremely fast (I had a ton of follow-up questions, all of which were answered within an hour or so). Very fair pricing and willing to personalize to meet our needs. Once we decided to hire, they were at our doorstep within 2 days, finished a day later! Their work quality, professionalism and customer service were 5-star!

Mauricio was prompt, professional, and courteous. The work that was accomplished were installing a new handicap ramp and new stairs with handrail for our church, St.Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church in Huber Heights. Set up, installation and clean up were accomplished with no fuss, and an eye to quality workmanship. We would highly recommend Maufran Construction for concrete work, and will certainly call them again when the need arises.

I went through several estimates and chose Mauricio and MauFran because they answered all my questions, their price was comparable to the other estimates, but he gave me a sense of confidence in his work. I was not disappointed. I plan to use them again in the Spring.

Although price is important to me, the above three things matter the most important. The key is always customer satisfaction and the were very concerned about my satisfaction.
