"The installation was quick, with limited demo to my finished basement. I had water seeping in under my baseboards and saturating the carpet during heavy rains. The gutter system will collect all that water and divert it to my sump pit. I was thrilled with the work done, and between demoing the drywall and frame to about a foot off the floor, to jackhammering the entire perimeter, to hauling in gravel, and installing the gutter and new window well drains, to finally topping it all off with a moisture barrier and some smooth new quikcrete, it only took a couple of days, and I couple not be happier with the end results."

I had stay dry install a drain in the exact spot I was having my problems and they ran the drain line to the city storm drain and even brought in dirt to raise the low part of my yard up to help try to make it flat so it looks better. The guys that work for this company really do work extremely hard. They didnâ t stop all day and was able to complete the project in just one day. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
