It is much less than anybody else charges. We used them when they came out in an effort to remedy our problem. Since that time we have had other pest control in here so I think that the issue we had was not one that was clearly identified for them to resolve.

"I called Ace, and worked with Ashley she was very professional. She came out right away went right up in the attic inspected everything. I have a small dog and was worried about the raccoons in my attic. The previous company I had called would would not go up in the attic and did not know what they were doing. So then I gave Ace a call Ashley went up into the attic assessed the damage, look to see if the animal was up there, and determined how the animal got in which was through the gable vents. She put a control trap up on the vent to make sure that the animal was out. She also put up heavy duty screening over the vents to prevent the animals from getting back in. I can't say enough about the good customer service they provide. Not only do they have great customer service, they are very professional and know what they are doing. Don't even bother going to anywhere else just give them a call."

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Yes, rats are social creatures that thrive together in packs. If you spot a solitary rat, there are likely more nearby. Their rapid breeding cycle and ability to slip through minute gaps in walls, floors, and foundations contribute to their presence. An infestation generally entails more than eight rats. A nest typically accommodates five to 10 of these rodents. When you spot one, it is crucial to take action. Rats can transmit diseases through urine droppings and even cause renal failure through bites.

Yes, water misters can temporarily keep mosquitoes and other flying insects away, as these will wet their wings and make them unable to fly. However, as soon as the water stops misting, the insects will return, so it’s not a permanent or long-term solution. It’s also worth noting that it will only deter mosquitos in the direct path of the mist; any humans looking to avoid the insects will have to get wet.

Unexplained bites, strange smells, and bug nests in concealed areas warn of potential infestations.

If you’ve had a prior bat infestation or simply want to avoid having bats invade your home in the first place, there are a few steps you can take without the need for a pro.

  • Seal entry points, such as where your chimney meets your house, or other gaps or holes exist.

  • Use bat deterrents like bright lights or ultrasonic devices to force them away from your home.

  • Reduce bat attractions like standing water and bird nectar feeders inviting bats into your yard.

No, the spotted lanternfly does not sting, bite, or otherwise do anything painful or damaging to humans or animals. Do not hesitate to approach and kill the insects and any eggs you find on sight—you’ll be playing an important role in slowing the spread of these invasive and destructive pests. If you’re not sure if the insect is a spotted lanternfly, snap a picture and contact your local extension office for help identifying it.
