They charge by the square foot. They even put the pads down. They were cost conscious without being seeming lazy. They had told me a few things just so I wouldn't have to pay for it. They were hard workers but yet aware of budget. He did make suggestions about future cleanings about carpet types but I don't know what the materials are."

"Met productive air duct cleaning at home and flower show.  Read reviews on Angie's List.  I was able to get an appointment and Nick and his crew were on time ( I think they were a little early).  They setup the hoses and equipment.  If you are really particular about your floors you may want to make sure to ask about how many floor coverings they have available.  We had lots of cardboard that we were able to use in addition to Progressive's floor covers.  They cleaned out all the vents and put in  a new filter once they were finished cleaning.  (I had purchased several and stored them close to the furnace).  The also talked to me a little bit about the air duct system that had been installed in the house and things to look out for in the future.
Nick has a dry sense of humor and so once you accept that he's easy to work with.

"It went great. Lots of communication for scheduling and call ahead from tech (Anthony). Spent considerable time cleaning the chimney. Went on roof and inspected - replaced and reconfigured chimney caps to solve existing problem. Used protective mats on my floor and placed everything back as found."
