"This company is a joke. Steve is a snake oil salesman who pressured us into a $10k job. He came out and misdiagnosed the problem resulting in him switch the plans several times. When it came time to get the work done, my brother and I had to finish the job. If your job is to take water from the foundation how is exterior work not included in the quote. Furthermore, Steve has ZERO man management and LIMITED knowledge of his field. His crews have no idea what they're doing, and his front office is a joke. I had to explain to them that they do indeed make male pipe fittings despite Steve and his associates persistence that they don't. If it's a choice of having water in your house or working with these jokers l'd recommend just letting the house fill with water. Pathetic, unprofessional, and a waste of time and money. SMD Stevie."

Rob Cook, reported to the job sporadically citing many excuses (which were outlandish) why he was not able to work. Suffice it to say, he did not finish the job after being paid and would not return calls or text messages. If we had seen all the negative feedback on him, we never would have hired him. Today personal integrity, moral and ethical relationships are the cornerstones of business. It pays in good will for the short term and earns dividends in the long term in the form of solid, mutually rewarding relationships and referrals. In the law of Karma, he is responsible for his own life and how he treats other people. We do however wonder if he likes the man looking back at him in the mirror each morning."

"I would never use this company again. Crooked cuts and weird color spots on a patio that’s less than a year old. We had heard good things about this company, they sounded great when we talked to them in the phone. When they told us they could squeeze us in last year we were pretty excited. They were to get rid of our old patio and put in a larger patio and sidewalk. Everything seemed good during demo of the old patio and they poured the new patio the same day. They were to come out the following day to make the relief cuts for the patio. They came the next day and made the cuts in the pouring rain. We waited to go in the patio and put furniture back for the 10 days they recommended. After going and starting to put furniture back in we really started to notice the flaws. The reliefs cuts they made are not straight and completely crooked because they could not put proper lines down in the rain. There were these weird color spots that did not match. All the edges around the patio where it meets the house are a different color. We had them come back out and they said they could “fix” the weird color patches and put some chemical and what looked like more concrete on top of them. They said there wasn’t anything they could do about the crooked cuts and it was what it was. They said give the color six month to even out. The picture with the furniture is from now with the weird color spots that they “fixed”. It’s been a year and it hasn’t evened out. The spots they “fixed” look terrible to this day. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
