I didn't expect to be excited about a sliding glass door. Once they were installed, they looked better than the French doors they replaced! The staff was wonderful to work with and cleaned up after themselves. i would highly reccommend them!

They also re-shingled roof and quality of work done and installers-I rate 5 stars. The installers of the roof and windows were very professional and courteous and meticulous. They cleaned everything up each day. The owner, Dave, was the only person of the 4 quotes I received to inform me that First Energy was offering a rebate of $50 per window, which I had 22 new ones installed ($1100 rebate). Dave was great to work with and always returned phone calls and assisted in setting up energy audit to receive rebate on windows. I would definitely use them again.

The owner was incredibly friendly and mae time to meet me as soon as possible. I had a patio door installed where just a window was and the project was complete in 4.5 hours and you couldn't even tell they had been there. They cleaned up everything and were so polite. Would use them again without a doubt!

First of all, the owner was very easy to deal with. He was good with the detail and did a good job of following up when I had any questions or concerns. Also, after comparing his quote to others he was very reasonable. His installer also was very pleasant and did a nice job on the installation. Due to circumstances beyond their control, I ended up with the wrong frame for my entry door. We also found some other issues with one of the hinges. The holes were not aligned properly to the hinge. I was very pleased with how they responded and corrected the problem. I am dissapointed that I paid for a high end door with quality issues.
