I was able to call and get a next day appointment. I waited in the waiting room approximately 45 minutes, which was the quoted time. The staff was very professional and I got exactly what I paid for.

I found them on Angie’s List. The whole experience was fabulous but we haven’t driven the car yet. I was wondering about giving them good grades and when we’d drive the car, the windshield would blow off. I am a little nervous about that but I was really pleased with them. Even with the initial call and the girls that I talked to; the first time I called them, I think the girl’s name was Linda, and she was really nice and knew what she was talking about. I told her exactly what the crack was and she was able to give me an exact quote of how much it was going to cost inclusive of the tax. I think I called them on a Friday before Christmas, and they set the appointment up for Tuesday and said that if I called after 9 o’clock, they would give me a 2 hour window of when they would come out. She was really, really nice, professional and knew her stuff. When I called on Tuesday after 9:30 to get the 2 hour window, the receptionist was really nice and she gave me the 2 hour window. The guys showed up on time, within the 2 hour window. Randal was the name of the installer, and he was fabulous with his personality. He took his time doing the work and explained everything he was doing. You could tell that he took pride in his work and charged me exactly what they said it was going to cost. He got it done in a half hours time and they were wonderful.

Came and completed the job in a timely manner.

Everything was excellent, and I did not have any worries about the work. I was happy with them. Their pricing was excellent, and no one could have beaten it. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I had recently bought a used car which had very a very cheap and distorted windshield previously installed. It was so bad I would get dizzy or get headaches while driving. I called around looking for different prices, and not only was Guardian Auto Glass the cheapest, they were the only company that had a kind, knowledgeable person answering the phones to give me information that I needed. 

I had called around to get quotes, and when I mentioned I had their coupon from Angie's List, they saved the quote under my name so if I could call around some more and come back to them if I wanted. A few weeks went by before I decided to go through with getting my windshield replaced, and they still had the quote saved under my name when I called which was very convenient so I could set up an appointment right away.

They set up my appointment for the next day, in which the mobile service was going to come to my house to do the installation. The employee was right on time, and it took him less than an hour to replace the windshield. The glass is crystal clear, no distortion or imperfections whatsoever. While he was installing the windshield, he was very professional and courteous, and answered all my questions with intelligence and honesty. 

I was very worried about having my windshield replaced, especially considering it had been replaced before with very cheap and dangerous glass, but Guardian Auto Glass exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely do business with them again if needed.

Company completed the work in a timely manner (under 2 hours) and replaced my cracked windshield. Rep was very professional and friendly.

Brought the car to them to replace windshield. I was told windshield could be repaired instead, which was much more inexpensive than replacing the whole windshield. Very prompt with good results.

Great; crack was the size of a dime so he only needed to fill it which took about 15 mins

Guardian made an appointment 2 days after I called and came to my house between the appointment window of 3 to 5 p.m. The repair took about 30 minutes with virtually no involvement from me. Things seem to be going well with the new windshield.

gentleman was very professional, efficient and neat. he arrived on time and was finished within 45 minutes. $100 cost was insurance deductible.

It was fine. The wind noise is more noticeable, but I think that's to be expected.

He was prompt, he came within the time frame he said he would he gave himself like a 4 or 5 hour time frame. He did not completely fill in the knick so I was not 100 % satisfied.

Very well; took only one hour. Pointed out that a piece of plastic trim had cracked, and came back to replace it for free.

Went very well. Came to my house and did the work in my garage. Showed up on time, answered questions & explained process, cleaned up after themselves.

Guardian was courteous and helpful on the phone. I spoke to them on Friday and they were at my house Monday afternoon. They gave a large window of time for their arrival but they showed up earlier rather than later. The service man was polite and accommodating. He answered all my questions without hesitation and explained how the process works should the repair fail. The chips are still evident (before filling them, the service man made it clear that the filler does not eliminate the chips/cracks in the glass) but they look much better. I am anxious to see how they fair through this upcoming rough Cleveland winter. At least I have peace of mind knowing it was money not wasted.

Guardian was the lowest price. They came out to my house when they said they would, (about 3 hours after I called). They cleaned up the glass in the car and completed the work as quoted. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Great work, great price, great service. Initially they were going to come to my work to replace my windshield, but the weather didn't cooperate. I ended up dropping my car off Saturday at 8:30am, and it was done by 9:15am. The office workers were also very customer service friendly. I would absolutely use Guardian again.

Best price I could find (drop off vs. House visit) in Cleveland. Did work in 45min. Everyone very nice and polite. Realized later in the day that there were plastic shavings all over steering wheel pod and floor from where they had to saw out old windshield. Also noticed cut marks and rough edges in inside molding. Window is still drying and has not been washed so I won't comment on outside molding or seal. Girlfriend used same company and had no such problems so maybe just a fluke. I would use them again but I would mention the cleanliness issue.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FLEXIBLE IN SCHEDULING. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
