"I worked with Jessica at the Beavercreek location. I had very little time to choose, order, and schedule an install before we moved in and Jessica handled every detail for me. She helped me find the appropriate product for my needs and budget and scheduled the install for the exact day I needed (only two weeks out from when I ordered). "i made a appointment with his company the day of his truck broke down I was very understanding said no problem and we set a date for the next week they were very nice when they came in i was told over the phone (I have 4 kids) that the carpet would be close to be dry when they got done cleaning (LIE!!!!)) I left a message to day because the Floors were soaked for 2days and even after they were done drying when you walk on them they still turn your feet black so if they wont Correct this i will be using another Recommended Cleaning Service to Fix there mistake"
