He was here promptly at the time he said he was going to be He was up in the attic. I didn’t even know it. He was so quiet and so thorough. He did such an amazing job so quickly. I was just incredibly impressed. He was done within a couple of hours which shocked me. He asked me how I liked it. If there was anything I needed to change on it. He sent me a couple of emails prior letting me know what I needed to purchase a dimmer switch and some lightbulbs. It looks amazing. He did an amazing job. I would use him again if necessary. I did ask him about putting a vent in my garage for cigarette smoke for some people that come over we talked about that he talked about some interesting personal issues in his life, family friends. And a different variety of stuff. He was just very professional. "

I appreciate that he gave me options and explained the pros and cons, and he didn't make the job seen bigger or more complicated than it was. His quotes for each option were reasonable, and we scheduled the work for the next week. Two of his crew came out, were on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. "Everdry came to my home for a consultation, where we discovered a mold issue. We were informed that they would eradicate it, fix the leakage issue, and waterproof the basement. Upon learning this, we accepted their bid on July 28th. We were originally looking at starting the process in October, but they persuaded us to start on September 17th and offered us a lower price to start the process earlier. I felt like they were being pushy, and I was not prepared for them to start that soon. On the day they showed up, I was going to take some time to clear the area myself, but they were being aggressive and told me that they didn't have time for that. I received a call from Cierra asking if her team had started the project or if I had met Malachi (the supervisor). I had not, but they did start the project. Malachi was supposed to walk me through the process, but he never introduced himself to me. On day two, my home health aid witnessed the workers smoking weed on my property. They also destroyed my lawn and did not dispose of their waste. They didn't let me know that they were leaving for the day or anything. On day three, they claimed that they were wrapping up the project. I finally met Malachi, but he still did not formally walk me through the process. He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."

"Ben showed up to provide estimate for services. Ben was the only person from the companies I contacted who conducted a Manual J calculation to determine my homes needs. This is the main reason I selected this company. On the day of installation, Josh and crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The placed all sort of floor protection mats in my house and get the tear out done very quickly. As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. This summer we will really know if the 2-stage AC was worth the money for our needs. We are satisfied customers so far would recommend and would use them again."

These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. It was a true partnership."
