"Had two crews, the first came in to remove the old unit at the promised time. (This was at my request as I wanted to remove the subfloor and replace it.) The next day, the second crew showed up early. Both crews were very professional, covered the floor with tarps and wore shoe coverings. The installation was as I expected, very neat and clean; it just looked good. The new unit is very quiet as promised by Lenox. The excessive air flow noise that I previously had,was corrected
If I have any complaint, it would be that I got very little feed back on how the installation was going. For example I overheard Chris ask one the crews to add a couple of screws to a leaking connection. The second was my request to check for an another possible leak farther down the run. I know the first crew checked it but I never heard back if either was repaired.

It could wait, so we scheduled the appointment for the next day. Jesse Lihwa showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had exactly the right specialized equipment and experience to quickly diagnose the immediate issue. Furthermore he also found and fixed the underlying calibration issue to prevent it from happening again. "Really well. We needed a half split system as we have a 100 + year old house with a boiler and required air conditioning for health reasons. We didn’t want to have to deal with window air conditioners or removing the boiler system to replace with a forced air system; the half split was the best choice. Sal’s had the most reasonable bid and was very prompt in scheduling and installing. Every person we dealt with from Sal’s was professional, kind and had wonderful senses of humor. They diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner system quickly and repaired it quickly. He thoroughly checked a few others things at my request since I had him here. He was never pushy trying to sell me anything and explained all my options with the older system I own. His pricing was very fair and I would recommend him to anyone. "Met productive air duct cleaning at home and flower show.  Read reviews on Angie's List.  I was able to get an appointment and Nick and his crew were on time ( I think they were a little early).  They setup the hoses and equipment.  If you are really particular about your floors you may want to make sure to ask about how many floor coverings they have available.  We had lots of cardboard that we were able to use in addition to Progressive's floor covers.  They cleaned out all the vents and put in  a new filter once they were finished cleaning.  (I had purchased several and stored them close to the furnace).  The also talked to me a little bit about the air duct system that had been installed in the house and things to look out for in the future.
Nick has a dry sense of humor and so once you accept that he's easy to work with.

"This was by far the best experience we could have asked for. Our AC wasn’t acting properly, and as usual when something isn’t working it happens at the worst time (middle of summer). Our AC unit was outside of warranty and it was time for a new one. We looked around, were given long wait times and high prices from several other companies. MAP construction made time to fit us in for an initial inspection, detailed everything they would and could do to help the situation, and were extremely reasonably priced. They were on time when coming to start work, updated us on progress throughout the day, and the final bill was even a little under the initial price!! The in home technicians were respectful of our home, clean and very polite, professional, prompt and courteous. The owner, Matt, has even checked up on us to see if everything is to our satisfaction. This is a top notch company, and we will be using them again for any future projects."
