First guy that came out was great( blower motor and inducer motor replacement) but blower failed within a month and a different guy came out and instead of replacing the blower that was under warranty he broke capacitors off the control board (accidents can happen and I understand that but it's not on the customer to take of that. If I was working on someone's vehicle and I snapped a bolt or cracked a part it's on me not them) claiming they just fell off in his hand( circuit boards have a burn mark where a part goes bad and there are no signs of burning on this board) and instead of the company taking responsibility for his actions they say I need to eat the $300 cost of replacing the board. Had they replaced his mishap for free then it would've been a 5 star review hands down.

On July 28th 2020 GMC Heating and Cooling, Inc. came onsite to my home because I was having a AC issue. The blower motor in my furnace was not pushing out any AIR. The GMC tech told me that the blower motor was bad but he also explained to me that I needed a new furnace based on the heat exchanger being cracked. He then showed me a pictures he took directly from his cell phone of my furnace claiming it was the heat exchanger being cracked. I asked the GMC tech are you sure the furnace needs replaced and he said absolutely. Due the crack in the heat exchanger it would omit deadly c02 gas. The entire basis of me having to purchase a new furnace was based on the fact that GMC told me there where cracks in my heat exchanger and it would omit deadly c02 gas. The Tech supported this claim with pictures he showed me that where taken directly from his cell phone stating this is your heat exchanger and it is cracked. Prior to GMC coming on site to replace the furnace, I called GMC heating and cooling’s main office and had them send me the pictures of the cracks of the heat exchanger. The email attachment shown below is what GMC’s main office send me substantiating the cracks in the heat exchanger. The GMC techs came onsite and replaced my furnace on 08/04/2020. After they where done with the furnace replacement, I asked them to show me the physical cracks in the heat exchanger based on the pics taken by GMC. There where 2 techs on site and they could not find any cracks in the heat exchanger. I then called GMC’s main office and requested a supervisor to come onsite, after about 1.5 hours of further inspecting the furnace at my house, the GMC supervisor finally explained that the pictures where an entirely different part of the furnace not the heat exchanger and that it had a carbon build up. The carbon build up could have been fixed with a simple cleaning. After realizing I was lied to about the heat exchanger, I explained to the tech I wanted to talk directly to the owner of GMC. In about 1 hour I received a call back from the owner of GMC, as I was explaining all the issues he got irate with the evidence I was presenting to him and told me he never wants to speak with me again and hung the phone up in my ear. I then sent GMC 3 emails asking how my warranty for 2 year labor and 10 years parts will be taken care of because they now refuse to speak with me. I have not heard anything back. I outraged by the fact that GMC lied about the heat exchanger being crack and I was tricked into purchasing a new furnace when I did not need one.

We did everything to satisfy you--starting with not charging for the service call in the summer, then giving you a blower motor at no charge so you would have cooling while you waited for the new furnace & then we also gave you a large discount to install the new furnace. You agreed, go ahead & replace the furnace since mine is older & needs repairs. Then after we installed the new furnace, you would not pay us. Yes we have been paid now since we got our lawyer involved."

Extremely professional company who offered the finest product and the lowest price of -4- different quotes. Greg came in and explained everything they would do, and then performed exactly as he stated. Great workmanship and very efficient team. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

The install went very smoothly and the installers went above and beyond . The office staff were very helpfull in answering my questions and helping me get set up with a rebate program for my furnace. I would definitely reccomenda them

I am an engineer (electrical, not HVAC) and wanted to understand the details of efficiency calculations before selecting a model. GMC answered all my questions, and when the sales person was in over their depth, referred me to one of their technical folks. That's called teamwork. I don't mind someone not knowing the answer, as long as they refer me to someone else rather than making something up. GMC got it right.
The work was very professionally done, and the new AC worked great for a while. It then began losing coolant, and we called GMC out for warranty service. In spite of the busy summer schedule, they got a tech out within a day or two. The diagnosis required isolating parts of the system and leaving an alternate fluid inside the tubing to determine the leak location. Rather than leave us offline for two weeks while that slow leak made itself evident, they gave us a temporary refill of coolant to get us through the rest of the summer, then scheduled a visit after AC season to do their lengthier troubleshooting.
To definitively isolate the leak, which turned out to be a defect in the manufactured unit, took them several visits. We were not charged a dime for any of it, and they took care of 100% of the paperwork with the manufacturer to get the warranty part. As I write this, our AC is back online and working great.
Occasional defects happen in manufactured goods. It is to GMC's credit that they took on the support burden they promised, promptly and professionally, and delivered excellent customer service. I would recommend them without reservation (in fact, I already did, to our church.)
