Carlos came out right away around 6 PM and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. He explained in detail things he checked and fixed, and was very professional and kind. We would definitely hire him again.

Hernandez Heating & Cooling were very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They let me know in advance when they would arrive and they were there when they said they would be. They diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner system quickly and repaired it quickly. He thoroughly checked a few others things at my request since I had him here. He was never pushy trying to sell me anything and explained all my options with the older system I own. His pricing was very fair and I would recommend him to anyone. Fixed my A/C same day for $330. He explained what was needed, why it wasn’t working, and what was needed for optimum operation. He showed me before and after pictures, before and after meter readings. Kind, honest, affordable.
