He did a great job did a service call for a reasonable price and told me my furnace had nothing wrong with it when previous tech from another company said that the carbon monoxide was to high and tried to sell us a new unit. Seems like an honest hard working gentleman!

Neal came out and ry to make the existing unit work again, but was unable to and recommended I replace the unit. He worked with my home warranty company to get them on the same page and then quickly replaced the unit. His prices were fair and I was very happy with the work completed.

Neal did a great job - figured out what was wrong with my fairly new unit (that he did not install).

We have contractors working at our house and we noticed the heat never turned on one night. Called the next morning and spoke to Neal right away. He came out within the hour, even though we were not home. Inspected and cleaned out furnace and replaced filter. Found out it was just dirt and dust (most likely from renovations) built up. He called back, I paid right over the phone. I was very impressed and satisfied! Especially considering it is supposed to snow this weekend! When we eventually need replacement, he will be the first person I call!

I have worked with Neal on several occasions and I can't give him a higher recommendation. He is honest, amiable and does great work for a fair price. He does exactly what is needed and you know you are getting a fair shake.

I had the same problem once before in 2008. It's very difficult to get to, but they actually have to pull it out, clean it off, and then stick it back in. It's like a thermal coupler and if something goes wrong with it it's replaced. The flame sensor you don't replace, but it gets kind of dirty being in the flames. When it's dirty like that it can't sense the flames and the flame has to be on before your furnace comes on. I've used them quite a few times. He's prompt and I think he has very reasonable prices. He doesn't give you the run around and I don't think he overcharges you at all. He is a very, very, pleasant person. I'm confident in him and my wife even likes him. He does his job. I had called him out before because I couldn't figure out a problem in my laundry room. We had a bathroom built down in the basement and the contractor who did the work used an existing heating duct and you really shouldn't do that unless you have a professional evaluation. It reduced the amount of heat into the laundry room and we had a pipe freeze, so I still have to get it resolved. He was working somewhere else when I called and when he finished he came right over. He looked at the problem and we decided a course of action. He was going to run a separate duct to the bathroom that was constructed in the lower level and restore the duct in the laundry room. He did it and it's been working fine ever since. He taught me something which is those kinds of things you leave to a licensed professional who knows what they're doing.

Called Neal when the furnace failed. He was out the same day and provided estimate and timeframe for installation. Another vendor provided a qoute as well that was significanly higher. New furnace was installed the next day. No angst or frustration on our end at all.

I have used this company multiple times in the past two years. He is always polite, prompt and his prices are fair. The most recent episode involved one of my furnaces not running. Neal returned my call within an hour and came out after hours to fix it. He is definitely my HVAC professional of choice.

He checks all of our houses and comes anytime we need him. His father worked for us previously. They know the size and make of all our equipment and what is needed to fix and maintain. He is a very modest and honest person that does great work.

He fixed my a/c system and he charged me $120 to fix it. That included parts and labor. He was straight forward and honest with his answers and saved you a great deal of money. I have already recommended him to friends several times already.

Their prices are beyond reasonable! They are also very punctual, and honest.
