I enjoyed every aspect of my interactions with this company, from the initial estimate, to the first measurements, and the actual installation. My windows were replaced by a great team of guys from Meyer Windows. I ordered windows with a specialty color, and they arrived right on time. And the guys that installed the windows were incredibly professional, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend Meyer Windows and Doors for your home improvement projects. After months of covid delays my replacement French doors were installed this morning. I am thrilled with the look, quality and professionalism of the install. They did a repair to my hardwood floor and left everything clean and tidy. The price was more than fair when compared to other replacement window and door companies in the area. Nice windows and doors. The bad thing about their business is no customer service. After the product is installed, no follow up. If an issue arises after the installation and called in, there is no follow up and you are on your own.

They did our whole house of windows, and a sliding glass door with enclosed blinds. Everything looks great. The installers were very professional and had them finished in no time. Nate and Shawna were in contact with me through the whole process. Very Happy! Have recommended to many friends and family.

I had two windows replaced with new vinyl windows. Both windows did not lock correctly, Meyers first response was for me to fix the lock. I was able to adjust one lock but not the second. After showing pictures that lock was not able to be aligned, they agreed to file a claim to fix window. After six months and repeated texts to them, no one has come out to fix the issue. Every time you contact them they say it will be two weeks but they never address the issue.

I realized that trying to hire anyone for window work, including here, is like sticking your hand into a piranha tank. These folks are ravenous. One was offering some kind of $150 coupon for my wife to show up on the sales call, figuring I guess that she'd be an easier mark. Some on both the replacement window and the repair side just kept calling non-stop, though they did finally stop when I asked. Meyer Windows was completely different. He pointed out that I really only needed a repair of three windows rather than total replacement. Quoted a reasonable price, took the deposit, came back and did the job within the specified time, and also spotted another problem with caulking that, while he wasn't able to fix, I will get done. If I get to the point that I do need full window replacement, I will call them. And NOT anyone else, here or anywhere.

This is a great company for window replacements. We had 3 companies come to our home for a presentation and Meyer Windows blew the others away with the Polaris window and price. Nate did a great job with the product and the price quote. We had another company with the same Polaris window, but Meyer Windows by far had the best price. Mike and Matt did a great job of installation over 2 days and it exceeded what we expected. Matt the other owner came by both days and checked on the progress and us with this experience. I recommend this company for window replacements with no doubt. Thanks for making this very stressful process not so bad.

They were professional and courteous, and did a very good job. There was some of the caulking that seemed as if it had been applied very rushed and could have looked a little cleaner, but they were good about coming back quickly to redo those areas to address our concerns and make sure we were happy. Good value for the money.

After bringing in several contactors to bid my window and gutter job I knew after 10 minutes of talking with Nate that Meyer windows and doors was the company I would hire. Matt and Nate are extremely down to earth and very professional and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.
