"We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. "Very well. A new window was ordered after the first step of making a service call to assess it and then measure a replacement. An appointment was set to install before the new window arrived. In spite of the original plastic mounding being cracked, the new window was installed and looks good."

He could have used another partner as we had so many windows, otherwise he did a thorough job and stayed with the project until completion.
