We had an emergency service call one day when our furnace started acting up. He assessed the problem and took a great deal of time and explained everything to us. He gave us some great options and even make some recommendations for other products and services we asked about. They quoted us a price for the part they had to order and I approved it. Ironically, I called a few days later and told them I found the part substantially less somewhere else (and it was something I was able to install myself) and they worked with me on the price a bit. "Had Jim come out to give me an estimate and hid did a very thorough job.  Called him a few months later to have the insulation and ventilation needs addressed.  Jim and his crew were very professional, trust worthy and they did a great job with the installation.  Jim walked me through the work when they were finished and the price ended up being less than what he originally quoted me.  I can not say enough about Jim and the company.  It is very hard to find great companies who show up on time, are professional and deliver a great product, so I always like to praise the companies that do,  Jim and his crew were all of the above, professional and provided great customer service.  I would highly recommend North Coast Insulation and Ventilation, you will not be disappointed.  Thanks for the great work and a warm house.

Over time I have had them out three different times and am looking at having them out again to install a couple of ceiling fans.
