 Matt Brofman is a true professional. He immediately put me at ease knowing that I needed to get a furnace installed before Winter since my boiler system failed during the previous Winter. This would be a complete system installation since my ranch doesn't have a basement and didn't have ductwork. Matt evaluated putting the new system in different locations in my house and explained the pros and cons of each location. For example, putting the system where the boiler was would create noise issues in my livingroom.  Other contractors that quoted this job did not care enough to mention that.
  Matt answered all of my questions completely and thoroughly. I didn't feel like just another customer that wasn't taken seriously. As mentioned previously, the cost savings were substantial versus all of the other quotes I recieved. Matt kept in touch with me at all stages of the project which I truly appreciated. "I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one. I was kinda worried that the man I spoke to wouldnt remember what we talked about on the phone because he is so busy, BOY WAS I WRONG! Mark shows up and comes in and answers everything that I wanted to know and more and checks things out to make sure he has his grounds covered when he would come back for install. It was quick and simple and he only stayed a lil longer because I offered him a cup of coffee and we spoke a lil on Hvac. "The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. I am a very happy customer! I used to use two window air conditioners, one in my living room and the other in my dining room. My electric bill while running my new mini split air conditioner nonstop was almost half of what my electric bill was the last year! Once again I am a very satisfied customer and I wish I had called Gorjanc a few years ago!"

I woke up this morning with no heat (in Northeastern Ohio!!).  Called Quality Heating's Massillon, Ohio location and explained I had no heat but would not be home until 2:30 pm.  The customer service person I talked to juggled the schedule to get a technician to my home by 4:30 the same day.  Fred showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and I had heat in less than an hour!!!

I've been a Quality Heating customer for about 20 years.  My previous home was total electric and they provided excellent service there.  I recently purchased a home with gas heat (which I haven't had experience with for 25 years) and totally trust this company and their technicians with any of my heating or cooling needs at this location.   They are friendly, professional and accommodating.  (And my dogs readily accepted the tech.  A big plus for pet lovers.)

"Wow, it's great to know that great customer service still exists! Our furnace was on it's last leg (stopped working) and we were thinking of trying to fix it ourselves, I thought that we only needed a Hot Surface Ignitor.
I called and asked if I could buy one, they gladly said yes after so many said no. Anyway, after further thought, we decided just to have them come out. The woman on the phone (Ashley) was very accommodating and was willing to take extra steps to look up additional information for me.
The young man who thy sent to check the furnace was prompt and on time. He trouble shot (at least for an hour and a half) until he found out what the problem was. He gave us the price to replace the part. After considering the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing, we decided to replace. The service man was equipped with the catalog and the prices to speak intelligently about what we needed.
We appreciated that he didn't have to make a million calls to get the information that we needed. He then called Sue to find out when they would be able to install, the closest time was the following Monday (it was Friday and very cold). We then asked if they would be able to do it on Saturday. They were able to accommodate us for a slight premium which we felt was fair ($250).
They said that they would be there on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and arrived at 8:15 a.m. - great! They worked very hard and got the furnace installed, the OWNER, even came out and shook our hands which was a very nice touch. They were done at about 3 p.m. We can't wait to get our A/C replaced in the spring and and work with WeatherKing - first class company!
