We didn’t want to have to deal with window air conditioners or removing the boiler system to replace with a forced air system; the half split was the best choice. Sal’s had the most reasonable bid and was very prompt in scheduling and installing. Every person we dealt with from Sal’s was professional, kind and had wonderful senses of humor.  Matt Brofman is a true professional. He immediately put me at ease knowing that I needed to get a furnace installed before Winter since my boiler system failed during the previous Winter. This would be a complete system installation since my ranch doesn't have a basement and didn't have ductwork. Matt evaluated putting the new system in different locations in my house and explained the pros and cons of each location. For example, putting the system where the boiler was would create noise issues in my livingroom.  Other contractors that quoted this job did not care enough to mention that.
  Matt answered all of my questions completely and thoroughly. I didn't feel like just another customer that wasn't taken seriously. As mentioned previously, the cost savings were substantial versus all of the other quotes I recieved. Matt kept in touch with me at all stages of the project which I truly appreciated. He was also flexible concerning the location of the Air Conditioning condenser unit.  He was aware of code and knew where we could and couldn't locate that unit.  I wanted it away from the back patio and he made that happen even though it was a longer run and required additional materials. I am extremely satisfied with this entire project and have recommended Matt and MAP construction to all of my friends. I have other projects that need to be completed and MAP Construction will definitely be doing them. "

"I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one. I was kinda worried that the man I spoke to wouldnt remember what we talked about on the phone because he is so busy, BOY WAS I WRONG! Mark shows up and comes in and answers everything that I wanted to know and more and checks things out to make sure he has his grounds covered when he would come back for install. It was quick and simple and he only stayed a lil longer because I offered him a cup of coffee and we spoke a lil on Hvac. "I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . "WeatherKing was extremely responsive and professional. The technician, Richie, that came to our home both times was polite, professional, courteous, and friendly. We had an emergency service call one day when our furnace started acting up. He assessed the problem and took a great deal of time and explained everything to us. He gave us some great options and even make some recommendations for other products and services we asked about. They quoted us a price for the part they had to order and I approved it. Ironically, I called a few days later and told them I found the part substantially less somewhere else (and it was something I was able to install myself) and they worked with me on the price a bit. "Had Jim come out to give me an estimate and hid did a very thorough job.  Called him a few months later to have the insulation and ventilation needs addressed.  Jim and his crew were very professional, trust worthy and they did a great job with the installation.  Jim walked me through the work when they were finished and the price ended up being less than what he originally quoted me.  I can not say enough about Jim and the company.  It is very hard to find great companies who show up on time, are professional and deliver a great product, so I always like to praise the companies that do,  Jim and his crew were all of the above, professional and provided great customer service.  I would highly recommend North Coast Insulation and Ventilation, you will not be disappointed.  Thanks for the great work and a warm house.
