Ian and Steve did a fantastic job on the installation.  Because of the configuration of our split level house it took the had to stay longer than an 8 hour day, but they stayed until after 8:00 PM to assure we were set for the night.  They were professional, friendly, and neat. They were very knowledgeable and knew the best way to install our system.  

The installation looks great.  the furnace runs perfectly, and they cleaned up the job site spotlessly.

We could not have asked for a better experience.

The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."

"I have changed the overall rating from a D to a B. On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. The company representative informed me that I should have called to resolve the situation about the vent cover and they would have replaced it free since their employee broke it."

"This project was to install a Hone Heating Boiler, NOT an A/C unit!!! The office did not communicate to the installers, that they and I had arranged financing for the project. But I had the signed sales agreement stating that financing had been arranged."

"At first, I was surprised my wife chose this company because they admittedly had a higher initial price. She said they were recommended by a coworker. After talking to the crew, he explained about how his service is better, and the price is usually quoted upfront, the job they do is complete, and they use the most powerful equipment available, unlike their low price competitors. I could tell they were getting a lot of dust/dirt out while I was in the basement, occasionally some dust would be forced through minor openings. It really impressed me that there was that much dust in the system. My wife says there is still dust coming out a few of the vents, and my thoughts are good its still pushing out dust, but she doesn't like it. So we will install some of the small vent style filters (right at the vent). I think we will have this done more often to keep the system clean, I am very happy with the service. They only took about 90 mins or less to complete the service."
