Very pleased with the job. Both installers and customer service dept. were very professional. Remarkable clean up afterwards. We had a small issue with current cracks at the entrance of both garage doors. They came right back out and refilled them.

I was told that the floor would be patched and smoothed out. there is a lot of waves and dents in the floor. I was told that they would replace the drain cap when I asked about it my salesman said that they do that. Not what I received for the money I paired

I am very pleased with the job. Both installers were great and did a remarkable clean up afterwards.

I had two quotes for doing the work. The first bid had a 15 year warranty. bDurable told me that their warranty was life time! I asked the agent several time what was lifetime. His reply was always lifetime. The agent was told that I was willing to pay more for a better warranty. That my first quote was less expensive but was only 15 years. bDurable came in did the work (the installers were good) when finished they handed me a warranty card that said that their Limited Warranty Lifetime Warranty is deemed to be 10 years! I took this to the BBB with no response from bDurable. I am now going to the Ohio Attorney General for deceptive advertising and business practices.

I'm happy with the coating. The only negative is that they didn't clean out the cuts that were in the concrete well enough and some of the dirt bled through into the coating making it darker in some places.

Amazing the transformation between the floor before to now the entire room looking like a different space.
