"I hired Norm and his team to remove and replace my existing patio. He was prompt with responding to my inquiry and thoroughly answered my questions when he provided his quote. His team as quick and efficient with their work, and I was more than impressed with the final outcome. The job was completed in two days (1 demo, 1 pour/finish). Would highly recommend Elite Custom Concrete for any concrete work you may need done."

Customers say: Quick response

"Absolutely wonderful! Ron is professional and very easy to work with. His crew is the best! They are friendly, polite and work great...like they are working on their own personal project. Ron delivered exactly what he said he would do, in the time promised. Not only was the sidewalk perfect, but the crew cleaned up the yard when they were finished, leveling and planted grass, even though there.was none there to begin with! I will never hire another company to do my concrete work!"

Small jobs welcome

"After meeting with several stamped concrete contractors in my hometown of Canton, Baby Carrot Concrete offered us the most bang for our buck. The guys removed our old deteriorating deck, offered a great selection of the best decorative concrete patterns, and transformed our backyard into a wide open fully functional outdoor living space. They listened to our vision and exceeded my families expectations! Thanks, Jon"

"I can’t speak highly enough of Francisco and his crew at Tricolor. They were on time with the projected start date. Francisco and his whole crew were extremely professional. They picked up after themselves and left no trash around at all. They took their time and clearly take pride in their work. They didn’t rush through the job. Every brick was checked with a level. They also went above and beyond to make sure our sprinkler system was working properly. They found some pipes cracked and heads that need replaced. Also, rerouted a sprinkler line and head as it was covered by the company that did the concrete work. The landscape around our patio looks amazing. I would hire Tricolor for ANY future projects."

"I called them on Wednesday to get an estimate to re-pave my brother's driveway, which had not had any substantial work on it in more than 35 years. Eli came out on Thursday. We talked on Friday morning and gave them the go-ahead. They were there to start the job by noon and had it completed by 5:15. When I came to see it, my reaction was "Wow. Just wow." Would definitely give them the highest recommendation."

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

Pressure washers are better for residential use. Power washers are best suited for cleaning very hard surfaces (like concrete and cement) and removing tough stains or tacked-on grime. Meanwhile, pressure washers have more uses. For example, you can use one to deep clean a wooden fence, spray down your vinyl siding, or clear out your gutters.

You shouldn’t directly paint over an oil stain on your asphalt driveway. While painting over might visually conceal the stain, the oil will continue to damage the driveway. Once you’ve noticed the oil stain, it’s important to thoroughly remove it within the next few months since oil stains only take six months before they begin to damage the structure of your asphalt driveway.

When comparing installation costs, asphalt is often less expensive upfront than concrete. Asphalt prices typically range from $7 to $15 per square foot, while concrete can range from $3 to $18 per square foot. However, long-term costs should also be considered. Concrete driveways generally last longer (up to twice as long) and require less maintenance, which can make them more affordable over their lifespan. While asphalt has a lower installation cost and is easier to repair, it requires more frequent maintenance, such as sealing, which can add up over time. Therefore, while concrete is more expensive initially, its durability may offset the cost in the long run.

Since freeze-thaw cycles throughout the winter months can damage your driveway, it's best to winterize your driveway in the late fall before the first freeze hits. Doing so will help to protect your driveway from damage throughout the winter season. Plus, drier, warmer weather makes applying and curing sealant much easier.

Yes. You can pressure wash pavers. However, you risk damaging them if you use too much pressure or get too close. Use a PSI of 1,500 and spray the water at least 24 inches away from the surface.
