After the Angie list contact he set an appointment that he was late (he said it was up late working on a job until 2am?)  to but with the coupon I used I thought he did a good job.  Called him to again to finish something I started and AGAIN HE SET THE APPOINTMENT that he employee's were LATE too and when I went back to check on their progress they had the sink/garbage disposal/dishwasher and toilet issue fixed in an hour but it took them 2 HR to fix my outside faucet.  And that was with 2 guys there.

I asked that the invoice be left at the location so I could pay it but that wasn't done and then owner called me to go over the invoice and I was told over the phone it would be one price but when I got the invoice it was $100 dollar's more.  After I spoke to him later he states that he read the invoice off and I miss understood.

I thought the charge for the parts was a little excessive that I had everything there except the new water supply hose for toilet and the new hose bibb for the outside  hose connect.

After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job.
