"Wells performed a furnace inspection.  In their inspection of the furnace the discovered a PVC pipe that was leaking due to the original installer using silicone instead of PVC glue!  If they would not have discovered this, our furnace life would have had a short life.

"I come from a family of builders and craftsman.  I am a DYI person and have performed many projects myself over the years...but did not have time.  George did a great job, clean-up the work site and answered all questions we had.  He also worked cooperatively with the carpenter who was installing walls.

I also recommended George to my daughter for installation of a toilet what started leaking when she was away."

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Deteriorated seals, O-rings, or gaskets are common culprits behind a leaky sink after you’ve turned off the water—especially if your sink is older than 15 years. Inspect each of these mechanisms in your sink for signs of corrosion or looseness, then replace the worn-out part to fix it. Older sinks may be worth replacing if several of the parts are worn-out.

No, all faucets are not compatible with all sinks. Because your countertops and your sink likely have a set number of holes already built in, you’ll need to find a faucet with the same amount of holes to work with your existing sink.

Today’s standard sink stopper size is 1.5 inches. However, you can still find different sizes if your house uses an older sink stopper. Other sizes you can find in most hardware stores include one inch, 1-1/4 inch, 1-3/8 inch, 1-5/8 inch, 1-7/8 inch, 2 inch, 2-1/4 inch, 2-3/8 inch, and 2.5 inch.

Some of the most common plumbing problems in mobile homes are frozen pipes, leaking pipes, clogged drains, and low pressure. Since the pipes in a mobile home aren’t as insulated as those in a standard build, they’re more susceptible to fluctuating temperatures and damage.

Common problems include leaks, clogs, and low water pressure. Regular maintenance prevents major disruptions.
