The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

Despite my efforts to resolve this professionally, including providing a third-party inspection showing missing components and offering to negotiate, the company missed three deadlines to respond. "
