"They did a wonderful job.  I have had them do work for me before and they make sure to do the job right.  They asked me if I wanted them to put the flooring underneath the vanity or just go around.  I told them to go around because it's a small space and I wasn't concerned with whether there would be flooring beneath or not.  They suggested they remove the vanity and put the flooring underneath because it would be quicker (less to cut) and it would look better overall.  Also, the flooring I had originally picked out (vinyl tiles) was not the best choice for my subfloor and situation and suggested I would be be better with solid sheet vinyl.  I went and bought different (while they were removing/repairing the toilet) and it worked out better than what I originally bought and less expensive!  They were right and I now have a half bath that I can finally use and it looks great!  Very professional.  Would definitely hire again.

All costs were up front and if an issue arose (we knew some were there since our home was built in the 1800's) he gave us options and let us choose how to best remedy the issue. His price seemed too good to be true yet he was honest and got it done. What started as a bath tub to walk in shower change ended up a life saving floor joist change. The floor was soft and the wood had rotted out. He could have just worried about the shower yet he listened to my concern and fixed it all. Such a low added price for a toilet base that no longer leaks in the floor boards and a beautiful walk in shower that my mom can safely get in and out of. They also threw in a 30 day warranty in case the snake didn't fully clear the block, which is reassuring. However, they were confident that the block was resolved. Toilets and shower are draining so it's looking like it worked. Would hire again."
