We worked with Elite on a kitchen remodel and a three-season room addition during 2020 and have been completely happy with the results. From estimate to completion, Robert and his company were great. He was one of the few contractors we spoke with early in the process who was willing to draw up some ideas up front and price them out…the rest were unwilling to do so until we put a sizeable payment down. Everyone, from Robert to the project managers to the carpenters, was willing to listen to our ideas and our needs and helped make them happen. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal. We truly have a kitchen that is customized to what we want. Steve and Rodney were the carpenters in charge of the kitchen, and they were great! They were friendly, clean, courteous and always happy to talk through the project, their progress and any issues they encountered. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, their No. 1 concern was making things right so that we were happy. Mike and Brian handled our three-season room addition, and they were great, doing everything from demo to framing to flooring to finishing. They were always willing to listen to our ideas and make any minor adjustments on the fly. We are extremely happy with their work and the added living space we now have! As with any significant remodeling project, there were unexpected surprises and delays, but these issues were always dealt with in a timely, transparent manner, either by Robert himself, the project managers or the carpenters. We firmly believe in getting what you pay for, and Elite certainly isn’t the cheapest remodeling company out there, nor were they the most expensive. But what you’re paying for – and getting with them – is quality materials, quality work and value. We would highly recommend them for any project

Great job and excellent timing. Working with Steve was great, he communicated effectively and sent great pictures to document the new items. The staff was very careful and protected plants and left the yard immaculate. I would strongly recommend Ascent Roofing!

I’ve never witnessed such precision on a roof replacement. Crew was on time at 6:30am and were finished by 2pm. Stripped old shingle roof and replaced with a standing seam metal roof. End result was a beautiful roof with a much higher strength and much longer life expectancy. They were not the cheapest quote but they did it correctly and with better materials than most metal roof companies. Pay attention to the difference between quotes and you won’t be disappointed with the final product. Would hire Newman Roofing again without hesitation. Excellent experience from quote to finish

I can't recommend this company enough. They are responsive and professional! Called today because a painter doing the ceiling in a second floor ceiling found a couple of small soft spots. Alex and Jim arrived within three hours of my call and checked the attic and the roof.

Disclaimer: Newman Roofing did not ask me to leave a review or provide any sort of incentive for doing so. I do not often leave reviews, however, I tend to use them often when making decisions on major purchases so I thought this might be helpful for someone else down the road. Newman replaced our roof a few days ago and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. I had four different roofing companies quote my house including some of the larger players in the Columbus area. Every single other company that came out was late to my appointment. Kurt, their estimator, was early to the appointment and I gave him the exact some overview of my needs that I gave to every other vendor. Newman was the only company that actually got up on my roof to confirm the information rather than just accepting I needed my roof replaced. Every other vendor left me a quote only and Newman left me with a packet of information including sample building materials for me to review. They ending up quoting me a couple grand cheaper the other vendors and they were the only ones that didn't give me a line about "supply chain issues" or try and recommend anything beyond exactly what I needed. I ended up going with their top end option because the price was comparable to the other vendors' mid-range quote and the warranties will likely last longer then I will. Needless to say, I signed with them same day and they gave me a date range for installation between June 1st and June 15th depending on the weather. Newman ended up scheduling me for June 15th and arrived exactly at 6:30am as agreed due to the temperatures forecasted to be in the mid-90s. They draped the house with netting to protect the windows and siding from falling debris and their crew even helped lift the netting for us when we needed to take the dog for a walk in the morning. They had a dedicated supervisor, Tyler, on-site for the install and he said he had been working with his crew for 4 years. He had his entire crew come out for the install due to the heat, and from setup to completion they did my entire roof in less than 6 hours! It was unbelievable. The business is family-owned and two of the family members stopped by to check on the progress and their team during the installation. They rolled the yard to clean up and stray nails and I haven't found one to-date. I was concerned about how many sheets of wood I'd have to replace as it added cost to the roof if any bad sheets were found. Luckily, all the sheets for the roof were in great shape and the price the estimator gave me was exactly the price I paid to the penny. There's always a concern during home projects that the vendor is going to "up-charge" you by replacing things that do not actually need replaced. I can honestly say, Newman Roofing is not one of those companies. The roof looks amazing and my next door neighbor wanted their information to handle his repairs going forward based on the results. I can't speak highly enough about this company as their customer service was the best I've seen from any company in a long time. I will be recommending Newman Roofing to everyone going forward

Excellent work. Team leader showed up well in advance to double check work materials and look over the job. Roofing crew was well trained, well organized and professional. Old roof removed and new roof and skylights installed quicker than expected. Extra care was taken to make sure debris did not damage any landscaping and the ground area around the house was thoroughly cleared of all old shingles, nails and other debris. Team leader reviewed completed job and provided photos of all areas of new roof, valley and skylights

Brad and his team were amazing! We hired another company to do the job. We were told it would take 3 weeks to complete. After waiting for nearly 3 months with nothing being done we fired the other company and hired Brad's team. Brad's team had the job complete in less than a week. They were wonderful. Professional, punctual, and efficient. The job was done correctly and under the budget of the previous company we had contracted with. Communication was fantastic. I really have nothing but positive things to say about Bradley Builders. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Brad. We're happy our ceiling doesn't leak every time it rains

Brad is a consummate professional. When quoting our job, he separated himself from the other companies bidding our job with his highly detailed and forthright presentation. His price was competitive and his work was impeccable. Our new roof looks wonderful and we cannot recommend Bradley Builders highly enough

I had storm damage during the summer of 2021. I had two roofers inspect my roof and confirmed that hail damage had occurred. I contacted my insurance claims office and they sent out a third-party inspector. He reported back to the claims office that no hail damage existed. I requested a second inspection and asked Jamie Green from Lifetime Quality Roofing to be present during the inspection. Jamie came out several days prior to inspection to circle the areas showing hail damage. He was on the roof during this inspection and pointed out the damaged shingles. Over the next several months he interactively worked with the insurance adjustor to convince him that hail damage had occurred (via conversations, pictures, brittleness tests, etc). He further pointed out that the type of damaged shingles were no longer manufactured so by law they could not be replaced by a shingle type from a another manufacturer. Thus, the entire roof needed to be replaced! He additionally made sure that the cost for removing and reinstalling our solar panels were included in the payout. He further pointed out to the adjustor that our policy included code updates (ice and water barrier, metal drip edge, etc). Jamie took a great amount of stress off my plate by representing me and professionally dealing with the adjustor. The initial settlement was $5 (after deductible). The final payout was ~$30,000. Many thanks to Jamie and Lifetime Quality Roofing. Both 5 stars in my book!
