Grant with the Roofing Guys did amazing work. From the first meeting all the way until the final hand shake. Grant handled everything with my insurance claim and made sure I was taken care of. He made sure to keep me updated during the process and was always sending photos as the project progressed. Highly Recommend TRG!

They were prompt and did a great job.

I had an insurance claim due to my ceiling falling in due to a leak roof. They did a beautiful job in repairing. I was very satisfied. You could never tell there was damage to the ceiling.

Went very well. I was/am pleased with the company's follow through and work.

I made several calls to the company and kept getting a recording to leave a message and they would get back to me. I never got a call. I thought I would try one more time, this time I got a person that told me sometimes the messages didn't go through. We finally got someone out to give an estimate. One week later the estimate was recieved in the mail, we didn't understand the way it was written. I had to call the company, after talking to someone they told me what they were going to do. I agreed that that was what needed to be done, I was told to sign the contract and send it back. The contract stated that as soon as they returned it they would get in contact with us to set up a date to start the work. A week later we still had not heard from them, I made three calls. Three week laterona Wednesday I got a call stating that they could start on Friday. i told the gentleman we couldn't do that because I had to work and my husband had to take our son for an appointment. He then told me they could start on the following Monday, I told him we needed a thurs or Fri because my husband would be home, then he told me he could do it without us being home. We didn't feel comfortable with that, when i told him that he told me I wasn't working with him. I told him I would take off work to take our son and my husband would be there. He then told me it would an extra $150.00 to paint the ceiling. I told him it was included in the amount on the contract he said to me "OH you have a contract I didn't know." When the two men came to start the job they ask my husband where a Lowes was so they could go get the paint they needed to do the job. One gentleman ask the other how many gallons of paint he thought it would take. They were totally not ready to start the job. While they were painting the kitchen ceiling one of the men stood on top of my kitchen table and left a boot print. My husband just happened to come into the room while he was doing it.

Rapid Restoration made water damage repairs to my home during the days of October 13th and October 14th 2009. I first met with Walter H. Littrell, production Manager, who assessed the damage. He took the time to explain in a very thorough manner what repairs were needed and how the job was to be done. His knowledge of his job and professionalism is exemplary. During the entire process, the crew of Rapid Restoration displayed a professional attitude and was very courteous at all times. The motivation and conscientiousness displayed by their work crew clearly exhibited their high degree of expertise and dedication toward their duties and responsibilities. In addition to the great job they did, they also made some additional repairs beyond the scope of the original agreement; this was greatly appreciated. The performance of the Rapid Restoration workers clearly demonstrates that they only hire high quality individuals.

They were great. We had a small fire in the attic where the front porch light is. They came in and reinforced the joist, added all new insulation, (we had water damage from having fire put out) fixed it and today it looks better than before the fire!
