He knew exactly how to address our plumbing problems and even educated me on how to easily and simply test for toilet seal leaks and how to keep the kitchen drains and garbage disposal in better condition. "Fine. I have renters in the house and their description of the "problem" wasn't very helpful. Turns out there was no real problem (toilet needed handle held down to completely flush sometimes [I have that happen occasionally at my house as well]), and so Wells had to come twice (they didn't know what equipment to bring). I went ahead and had the services performed just because the tank hadn't been cleaned out in a while. Bruce and his boys do great work, and they are always so nice. I can't really judge price, as Wells is the company I always call. Sometimes they don't arrive as soon as they predict, but if they run into unforeseen issues at an earlier appointment, what can they do? They do call to give an "I'm on my way" heads-up phone call."

"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."
