Fantastic, efficient, honest, communicative, and reasonably priced work. Friendly and effective, made fantastic recommendations on work worth doing vs work that wasn't necessary. Installed several ceiling fans, light fixtures (sconce, very heavy chandelier), resolved issues with outlets incorrectly placed near a bathtub by a previous homeowner, and replaced several outlets with GFCI outlets. Even went out of his way to run to the store and grab specific canopies and boxes required to finish the work. We strongly recommend Gavin and his team, especially for first-time home buyers!
