"The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. "fVince at Apple Heating was great to work with from beginning to end.  He helped up pick out what we needed for our home without trying to sell us more than what was necessary, and explained everything every step of the way.  Even though installation day was horrible weather-wise (huge snowstorm), they were still able to get quite a crew out to disassemble 2 extremely large furnaces and install the new one within the expected/quoted time-frame.  Each person that came to work on the installation was professional, answered all questions and made sure we understood every aspect of what was going on and what was still going to be done.  I would hire Apple Heating again in a heartbeat (except I don't expect the brand new furnace to go out anytime soon)."

"Wow, it's great to know that great customer service still exists! Our furnace was on it's last leg (stopped working) and we were thinking of trying to fix it ourselves, I thought that we only needed a Hot Surface Ignitor.
I called and asked if I could buy one, they gladly said yes after so many said no. Anyway, after further thought, we decided just to have them come out. The woman on the phone (Ashley) was very accommodating and was willing to take extra steps to look up additional information for me.
The young man who thy sent to check the furnace was prompt and on time. He trouble shot (at least for an hour and a half) until he found out what the problem was. He gave us the price to replace the part. After considering the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing, we decided to replace. The service man was equipped with the catalog and the prices to speak intelligently about what we needed.
We appreciated that he didn't have to make a million calls to get the information that we needed. He then called Sue to find out when they would be able to install, the closest time was the following Monday (it was Friday and very cold). We then asked if they would be able to do it on Saturday. They were able to accommodate us for a slight premium which we felt was fair ($250).
They said that they would be there on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and arrived at 8:15 a.m. - great! They worked very hard and got the furnace installed, the OWNER, even came out and shook our hands which was a very nice touch. They were done at about 3 p.m. We can't wait to get our A/C replaced in the spring and and work with WeatherKing - first class company!
