"BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

"I can't say enough about the transformation to my house was after Duane was done. He took a 50 year old white aluminum sided house and transformed it to the clay colored vinyl you now see (I'm sure he'll post pics). It wasn't so much the quality of work and the daily progress being made, something we should all expect from a contractor, but the attention to detail and the ways he made things look greater than imaginable. Instead of obstacles making something look bad, because that's the way it is, he could make it completely unnoticeable. I gotta say, he took an old house and gave it new flair.
