Originally estimated the work would take an hour (camera, jet, camera again), but Ty spent a bit longer making sure the job was done right. Provided clear explanation and recommendations about what to do next. Cleaned up after completing the job. Ty was the only person to enter the residence. He removed his shoes and did not wear a mask. We didn't discuss either of these."

Mr. Stephens was on time and very very polite and courteous. 

Mr. Stephens and his associate, moved within the house very professionally to bring in the materials they needed to remove the old sump pump and to install the new one. Then they did a great job in cleaning up. Also Mr. Stephens took time to explain and to demonstrate the new battery backup sump pump answering all my questions and concerns.

Also he helped repair the pipes for the sink and washer and then installed a new shower head.  

He was so professional and friendly that he will be the plumber for this house for as long as I live here
