Two man team. First arrived a bit early to set up, second came a few minutes later. Originally estimated the work would take an hour (camera, jet, camera again), but Ty spent a bit longer making sure the job was done right. Provided clear explanation and recommendations about what to do next. Cleaned up after completing the job. Ty was the only person to enter the residence. He removed his shoes and did not wear a mask. We didn't discuss either of these.

I was recommended by another plumber to have Ty come out and camera scope our cleanout pipe due to it backing up. He came after 5 p.m. to camera scope it and was super honest and courteous. He then came back on a Sunday to clean out the pipe with his hydrojetting tools. We're super grateful for his expertise, know-how using his tools, and honest nature. We'll be sure to go with him again in the future.

The 95 year old water line under sidewalk started leaking. The line ran from the street, under the sidewalk, a wall, and concrete porch. I was worried about having to excavate. Ty Good the owner of Utility and Septic Solutions came out the same day I called him. He explained they could bore underneath everything which was a big relief. Very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraged questions. Ty took care of everything from permits to city inspection. Ty is licensed by city of Columbus. The water was only off for 3 hours. Always returned calls and was on time. Utility and Septic solutions is a small company but was able to do the work at a much lower price than a major plumbing company and still deliver a very professional job. I highly recommend Ty and Utility & Septic soloutions.

Ty is amazing! He is very personable and easy to talk to. He always makes time for his clients even if that means working around your schedule to come on a Sunday. He is very honest and his prices are competitive. He takes the time to explain the issue and provide multiple solutions to the issue. I would highly recommend him and his company.

It went very well. Ty recommend boring the entire project and everything was smooth, even going under the concrete driveway went well. Great team. Excellent communication and called back nearly immediately if he didn't answer the phone. Price was more than competitive.
