Miquel and Jenny have both been great to work with on the two occasions we needed their services. They respond quickly and stay in contact with us. Miquel always arrives on time, is professional and works with us to find a solution to our issues and has a great personality, making it easy to discuss whatever our issue is. We have some more plumbing and electrical things that need to be done around our home and will be contacting them again soon!

I've hired Garcia Maintenance twice this past year, and would highly recommend them. As a company they are friendly, prompt and professional, with excellent value for the services they provide. The most recent visit was to install a new pre-hung front door. Miguel was excellent, providing instructions on what type of door was needed, including the additional hardware. As a bonus he helped wire up a new doorbell; the finished installation looks fantastic! On another visit, Garcia Maintenance installed a bathroom fitting after a leak had damaged surrounding wall. The fitting recommended looks great, and within a day we were back in operation. Garcia Maintenance is the home repair team I will be using in the future for all my maintenance needs.

Perfect! Miguel keeps you at ease with his pleasant personality, while he works. Solved problems he ran into with a quick run to his truck. Very knowledgeable. Gave an understandable "play-by-play" of what he was doing. Great job!

Miguel, was very polite and professional. His price for the work being done was very reasonable. He showed up on time. We went to pick out my door, light fixture, and get parts needed for the leak in the basement. I am very happy with the work that was completed and will be calling him to do more upgrades very soon.

It was a miracle! The lazy susan is 20 years old. A hardware that keeps it together and enables the rotation was broken. Replacement parts no longer exist. Miguel found an bough something that was close enough and masterfully put things back together. I have utilized Mr. Garcia for a few other projects (plumbing, electrical) as well. You cannot find anyone more honest, hardworking, skillful, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

I am remodeling the lower level of my split level home and the electrical was a disaster from previous owners. Garcia Maintenance came in and took all of the unsafe/old wiring out, and replaced it with correct wiring. They also wired in wonderful LED lights, installed new switches/dimmers, and outlets. I am very pleased with their work, and I would definitely hire them again!

They had to come back to fix leaks in the plumbing that was done, its still not right, i will have to pay to have it fixed. We were told that the ceiling will have to be altered to accommodate the incorrect drain that was installed. This is after fixing the leak. Covered my entire theater system with drywall dust. Put a piece of plastic over one item, left everything else uncovered. Did not show up on time for scheduled times. Very indignant and rude about having to fix their obvious errors. Never again. Might as well have taken 1800 dollars and burned it, then hired someone else.

This company was on time and considerate of my home they removed their shoes and cleaned up the remnants of the completed work/ they checked my outside light which was gas light that did not function and removed it. Any time anyone is looking for quality workers I will recommend this company and the next time i need the services they perform I will wait for them to be able to perform the job

I called Mr. Garcia to give me a quote to replace a single bathroom sink vanity with a double sink vanity. I was given a written quote of $850.-. This included parts and labor. The job was done during the requested time frame. After the job was done, Mr. Garcia presented me with a bill for $970.-. I was told that my bill was higher because, supposedly, the price for the parts were higher than expected. Also, both new sinks have a couple of small scratches because they weren’t careful enough when putting the faucets in.

He has always done a fine job for us. He has been reliable and we would definitely hire him again. We would recommend him as well.

The plumbers showed up on time, and were friendly and courteous. They snaked the drain pipes out under the sink, but determined that the clog was further down than their snake (25') would reach, and recommended another service (with a 100' snake). They put everything back together, and did not charge me since they could not solve the problem. They are now my plumbing service of choice.

Mr. Garcia arrived on time and replaced the broken dimmer switch in the kitchen. Everything went smoothly and flawlessly. Mr Garcia is courteous and very pleasant. As he was working on wiring the new switch, he went our of his way to explain to me the various types of wire, what they are for, and how the whole thing works. Overall, I was very pleased with Mr. Garcia's work and will definitely hire him again. By the way, Mr. Garcia's wife who handles all communication and scheduling is highly professional, responsive and helpful.

Mr. Garcia previously fixed our leaking shower and after a couple months we have had no signs of failure. He came back for the electrical problem and spent approx. 3 hours trying to find the origin of the problem without success. We talked with his wife and rescheduled for him to look again. (Apparently some of the electrical work was done by the prior owner who was not an electrician.) Mr. Garcia returned about a week later and searched the entire house - finally finding a light switch in the entrance hallway where the failed electrical circuits had been tied off all together. The wiring had been done incorrectly and wasn’t in the standard electrician fashion. He fixed the wiring and got the garage + upstairs bathrooms working again. Mr. Garcia has been prompt, friendly, professional, very hard working and reasonably priced. My wife and I highly recommend his services.

Excellant. Met with the owner for estimate and he followed through as promised with awesome two man crew, fair price and great communication. Hard to get this combination, very impressed as a contractor myself.

They identified that the wrong amps had been used outlet causing all of the outlets on the wall to stop working. While testing it the outlet blew again and they took the time to fix it properly and to even go outlets that matched the color in my kitchen.

I highly recommend Miguel Garcia. He is thorough with his work and you can tell me takes pride in it. He originally came to do a few minor things but while he was there, I asked him to check what I thought was a blown fuse. After searching and searching (almost like a challenge for him) he found that one of my outlets was literally sizzleing! He replaced the outlet (along with a couple others that were bad) and suggested I have the fuse box replaced because the fuse never tripped to shut off power to the outlet. I don't know many that would spend the time he did to find and fix the problem. It may cost me a few dollars more, but I know my tasks will be completed and I can trust his work. That's hard to find these days.

My fiancé' and I are doing several rehab
projects to a home that he inherited from his parents. We were having issues
with the toilet pluming and could not have the gas turned on because of a gas
line leak. I found Mr. Garcia through Angie's list and called the company. We
spoke with Jenny who was very knowledgeable and professional. She scheduled a
free consult with Mr. Garcia for the following day. Mr. Garcia arrived promptly
and with the best attitude. We explained our issues/concerns as well as the
need for a fair reasonable price. He assured us that everything would be okay.
He completed the assessment, which was very informative, and tentatively
scheduled to come back in two days. He let us know that Jenny (his very polite and
knowledgeable assistant) would call with a quote and we could confirm with her
at that time for him to come back. My finance' and talked about how we liked
Mr. Garcia but were concerned that we would not be able to get needed repairs
if the price was too high. We are planning a wedding and doing the house repairs
at the same time. We received a call from Jenny and she quoted 300.00 dollars
for pluming repairs, toilet install, and gas line leak repair. We were so relieved
with the price and confirmed that appointment we'd made with Mr. Garcia
earlier. Mr. Garcia arrived as scheduled with his winning personality (he?s
very personable) and got right to work. He complete all needed repairs and even
warned us about a leak in one of our shower drains. This was very helpful as it
will save us the cost of subfloor damage. There was an added issue with the gas
line that he detected. He patched it up so that we would pass the inspection to
get our gas turned on. I loved that he saw an issue and responded quickly so we
could get what we needed. We talked about other repairs and he gave us advice
on how we should move forward with them. He also gave my fiancé advice for
small electrical issues.
He is a breath of fresh air in this world of repairmen!
We will most defiantly use this service in the future.
