"I returned from a two-week vacation to find the top floor of my condo flooded and damage to the ceiling on the floor below.  There was no obvious source of the leak.  I called other plumbers, but Clive Stephens was the only one who was able to come out that day and help me. I'm not in his usual service area, but when I told him a previous customer recommended him, and the plumber he referred me to couldn't fit me in for 5 days, he was able to come out that evening.  He found the leak (a cracked toilet tank) and isolated it so I could have water in the rest of the house.  Mr. Stephens was courteous and professional.
