The driveway is wavy, lines aren't close to straight, was told, I didn't ask for a "restamp"? That's why it's just broomed... dont even get me started on the crooked and undeveloped walls... lesson learned the hard way.. "

"Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

Unfortunately, the work resulted in two new large cracks, and the patio still could not be lifted to level ground due to the risk of additional cracking. While the technician was polite and apologetic, the outcome was nowhere near the expectation or the description provided by the salesman. Sharing this as a caution for anyone considering similar work."
