Eh. Could’ve been better for what I paid. Estimate did not match ending price & excuse was paltry. Dragged bags across yard & concrete, leaving deep gash in yard & pavement. Had to pay addl $3k to have their “gash” removed.

Unprofessional and overpriced. They clearly didn’t want the job we had for them, but like a cowardly boyfriend they decided to make US break up with THEM. We arranged a time to get a quote and they said they could remove our junk same day. From jump they were upset that they couldn’t come earlier when they had a cancellation. Upon arrival, they were upset we didn’t have a driveway for them to park. As I walked them through the house to show them what we needed removed, they made disgruntled noises and exclaimed things like “oh geez” at the amount of stuff. I got tired of it and left them to it. When they came out to quote me, they claimed to have seen evidence of bedbugs (total lie) so they wouldn’t be able to do removal same day and they’d have to charge extra. They quoted me $1,700 and said it would take all day so I’d have to schedule a month out if not further. Later, they wrote up a quote for $2,700. I declined, asked my brother for help, and we cleared the house out in under 3 hours, and curbside pickers grabbed most of it before we were even done. In short, next time you need junk removed, call me and my brother.

I know how hard it can be to pay someone to haul away items that you paid for, but we have a lot of costs on our end including gas, labor, insurance, maintenance, etc that makes a job the size of yours have very little profit for our locally owned small business. We maybe profited $25 off of your appointment. People understandably just think of the 10 minutes it takes for us to remove the items, but not all of the back end. They were excellent. They came out the same day to give me an estimate and they did not pressure me in any way. They were very pleasant and had a "can do" approach. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Junk King JUST left and two of the nicest and most professional men handled the job efficiently but very carefully. They were prompt, and so courteous both on the phone and in person. They covered their feet and were so careful about not nicking anything while carrying the items out. I can't say enough about them...they were beyond outstanding, and definitely would hire again.

The first day 2 gentleman came for an estimate, then offered to start hauling things out that very day. I had more than one truckload. They were respectful, fast, honest and hard workers. The second day, they were wonderful again, called first, prompt, fast, dealt with little issues quickly and efficient. They were the best group of men I have had help with work in 3 years.
