Simply Concrete LLC

Requested a quote from two different companies. I went with Simply Concrete because the gentleman that came out spent more time looking at the project so I felt like they would take more care with the project. Part of my front porch broke off and the step was cracking a bit. I had them repair the porch and then even out the rest of the porch. The concrete was discolored in spots and there was sections that were not completed. I've called and texted. At first, I got a reply from my texts - "I'll have to check with Ron." Then I found out that the contact I had, was disconnected. I tried calling the number that is on my contract and no one is responding. I don't know what else to do. I thought that by going through Angi, I wouldn't run into a disreputable company. I am really frustrated and disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You get what you pay for - These folks talked a good game and gave me a great quote. They DID pour a concrete driveway, but within a month a crack formed between our back door stoop and the driveway - they poured this 2'x4' stoop as a part of the driveway slab instead of its own pad - of course, it cracked. Less than a year since the pour, there are several areas where the concrete is flaking and pitting. They gave us a 7 year warranty on the work - but these were meaningless words on a sheet of paper. I have called about a dozen times, leaving numerous messages, and my wife has emailed a couple of times. I've even used the number listed here on Angi - CRICKETS! They will not answer the phone or reply to our emails. Save your money and go with a more reputable company. I only chose this company because they were on Angi - I had assumed Angi had verified the quality of these contractors, apparently not.

I had my driveway and a support wall done by this company. After a month, the wall started cracking and falling apart. I called and asked for them to return and was assured they would. I sent messages month after month and they never came back.

The completed job was very good once the cleanup was done. The owner had to call his workers back to clean up what should have been done prior to their leaving the job site. Chris came and made certain that everything was in order.

Simply concrete did a great job replacing the concrete steps in front of our house! They got the job done quickly and the price was very fair compared to other quotes we got. We would use them again.
